I believe this is the only way to quell the debate about which states should be allowed to have their priamries before others. I think Congress should draft a schedules that fairly rotates the dates of presidential primaries held in states.
For instance if Ohio and New Jersey have their primaries first in 2008, then in 2012, they should have theirs last, letting other states have their place to be first in line. [show less]
