Things to consider would be the condition of of the place on move-in, relationship with the property manager(s), what things they did well, did not do well. Did you get your full deposit back? How did they handle emergency fixes?

My property manager is an agent for the CIA, or a Russian spy, I'm not sure, but it works out great for me cuz he's never around... But I can't tell you who he is otherwise I could end up dead in the river.
