What needs to be patched in Neverwinter Nights 2?

Nearly every game reviewer has said this game needed a few more minutes in the oven before being released. What needs to fixed or enhanced first?

Pathfinding problems (players, NPC's getting "stuck")

While fighting the camera controls, I also have to hand-hold each player to make sure they can get into the fight.

Out-of-combat buff take a full round.

When outside of combat, buff spells should cast faster, taking at most half the time. There needs to be a point where fun takes over game logics.
