I'd like to see a movie (or a TV series even) based on Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels. Who would you cast as the major characters?

I can't really imagine Sandra Bullock playing Stephanie.
I think she is too old plus she is way too popular for that role and everyone is just going to compare her last movies and her last characters to that. For me it would be better if they'd be looking for a real "fresh" face.
But at the end of the day it's not going to be "our" decision so....
But if I was to name someone I would seriously say that Lauren Graham would be perfect.....
ok.......right now I'm just rambling over and over about Lauren Graham but I can't help myself....
Plus I think that there's someone else who could possibly play the part of Morelli, if it wasn't for Eddie Cibrian (who would by the way be a PERFECT Morelli).
Adam Garcia anyone....????

I couldn't agree with you more. I think that Stephanie needs to be a fresh actress (Zooey Deschanel is my pick) that is young enough to grow with series/character. I really don't like the idea of any major actress getting this role..

I would much rather see this on the TV than the big screen as well.

Like Sandra Bullock, I think Lauren Graham is too old for this role.. though she would have been perfect 10 years ago.
