Do you trust the the corrupt politics & leaders of today not to set the stage for more conflict, that further threatens global peace & economic stability for every one on the planet, except those who benefit from the corruption.
If you do, your lucky to be in such a position.
Many of the worlds most serious problems, Wars, Starvation, Energy Crisis, Social Injustices, Rouge Dictators, Political Blunders. often have a common obstacle in the way of the global efforts needed for their solutions.
Our Leaders & those who have the power to influence change are extremely inefficient in doing so, as they often lack the relevant experience & therefore are rarely on the same page to begin with.
Think about this. In 2008 how many of the opinionated politicians who sit at the UN have any relevant qualifications in understanding & resolving conflict?

We live in changing times, in a sensitive global village that some how needs to find ways of working together for our very survival at the levels of comfort that we have come to expect.
This man has had to cross many barriers in his life. Culture, Class, Race, Education, Etc. This is what has made him the man he is, with the invaluable experience required to be a World leader for the people. No other politician has anywhere near his range of experience in these important areas.
I believe it is necessary to have someone at the helm who has a deeper insight into the bigger picture. This is why Barack Obama with his wider than average range of life experience, seemingly natural insight & strong public speaking ability's is the worlds best chance in for advancement in years!
It's very rare to have these qualities together in one person on the public stage
Someone who has a Strong interest in revolutionary improvements to the entire way our imperfect system works. He's a mortal human being like you & me, i don't expect him to be perfect.
But he's a starting point for change. Wouldn't you rather have a leader at the helm who has a deeper insight into the bigger picture, someone who seeks 10% Power & Glory & 90% revolutionary improvements rather than the other choices who are more like 90% about Power & Glory for themselves!
