Not so Exotic! I see these everywhere!
Where do you live? The Smart isn't available over here, and I don't think they are exotic either.... :-)
I saw a couple of these in France last November. Watching someone park was like watching bumper cars. Back in. BONK. Pull forward into the car in front. BONK. Back in a little more. BONK. You'd think in a car that's 4 feet long, you'd be able to park in an 8-foot space without hitting anything; but nnooOOOooo...
That said, I bet they're fun to zip around in while in town.

Definitely not exotic, but economlcal as hell and fun to drive. My wife and I owned one in Germany for three years.
