PPM is ok, I lived at 1500 Stoddard for ~8 months last year (2007). They were pretty prompt about fixing any problems we had but raised the rent when I was moving out. Reasonable rent but they didn't maintain the property, and nobody cleaned up after their dogs, the grass was always dead, garbage lying around, no snow removal (walkways got horribly icy in winter).

Also they told me I was allowed to have my boa when I told them what species and size he was. Then they looked the species up online and saw "8ft" and said no, even thought it will take SEVERAL YEARS for him to get that big. The reason I wasn't allowed to have him? Because they have a 10lb pet limit. My 4 ft, 2in. around snake, is NOT going to get out and eat someone's chihuahua. Unfortunately.
