So far they have done real good. They took over the lease while we are month to month so we'll have to update you when we move out this spring. But so far so good. Our place could use a little TLC, but who's kidding ourselves there not going to fix anything unless they have to because after all it is in the University area and that would be... a waste of time.

I had to unvote Grizzly Property Management for the following reasons:

1.) they raiesed the laundry prices on the dryers to $1 instead of 50 cents. Which would be fine, except we have already been paying a $1 to $1.50 to get them dry in the first place because the dryers don't dry well. That's just robbery if you ask me.

They still haven't fixed quite a few smaller things that we requested two years ago and our bathroom wall next to the tub where the mud collapsed due to a water getting to the dry wall has only been patched with mud and not painted. They mudded it over 2 or 3 months ago. Now it is getting moldy and gross because they really need to replace the shower track that is causing the leak to begin with.

If you are a property owner, I would not consider this company for your rental. They managed a neighbor's house which was leased by people who totally thrashed the home. The tennants broke their contract early and in the meantime managed to chop live trees down for firewood, break out windows on the homeowner's car and covered with paintball goo, stained all the carpets, left trash and debris when the moved out. They also abandoned two dogs and a cat which had to be taken to various pet rescues. The pets showed signs of abuse and neglect. Grizzly's website claims they make periodic inspections and will remove unsatisfactory clients, but I doubt they visited in the year's time that they were overseeing the property. I feel sorry for the homeowner.
