They're still little, so hopefully it's mutual. Sleepless nights and incessant chatter present challenges at times, but before you know it you'll be wondering where they are and who they're with :)

Right now my son would rather be with me than anywhere else in the world. Most of the time it's great, but sometimes I need a break, and he sees grandma. :)
when i found out that i was going to be a father, i had a few friends who have older children tell me that it goes fast ... I have always tried to keep that in the front of my mind ...
and they were so right ...
but it goes so quick, i try to spend every minute with her ...

she woke me up at a 2:30 this am because there were spiders on her floor ....
she put her pillows on her floor from her bed to the door so she didnt have to touch the floor...
shes almost 3 --- and the ingenuity just blew my mind ..
someone else sevendstrech ? i think was her name -- posted that her children were the reason she was put on earth.
i couldnt agree with her more.
It seems like yesterday that we brought my daughter home from the hospital and set her on the floor to play....
that was over 6 years ago. I will blink and sadly, she will be a grown woman.
It's amazing to think the little ole me is the mother of a 6 year old and a 4 year old.
As an adolescent I was always told the I would be the "kool-aid mom" of the neighbourhood, with a house full of children and unfortunately, this has not come to complete fruition.
