Answer for: How can we improve Grupthink?
Allow polls to have a lifetime (Done)
There are a number of polls here already with a limited lifetime, some of which have already "expired". For example "Who will win the World Cup?". These questions have no meaning or relevance once the event (or relevant date) has passed.
How about allowing an option to be set that expires the poll after the relevant date is past (say, one week, or one month later). After expiry, the poll gets hidden from view, or deleted.
Grupies could continue to have the credit for their votes.

I was wondering if there was a time frame after which topics disappeared. There are a few polls which I would hate to see "go away," like: http://www.grupthink.com/topic/551
This can now be done by setting an end date for a topic or manually ending it. More at http://www.grupthink.com/help/#finishedtopic
