#1 Maggots
Moving into a neglected house with a neglected garden I thought I was having some sort of visual disturbance at first, until I recognized that what was moving on every surface was thousands of maggots. On tree branches, on the wall, the floor. Fuck me was that disgusting.

How did you come to move into such a house without taking a good look around first? I hope you didn't actually buy that home and get stuck with it.
It was a shared house (students renting). We had a rough idea of what we were getting into, but all of us were very eager to get out of our previous accomodation. Those were interesting times. :-)
Just saw 1 last night in the kitchen- they are so nasty- I just yelled, "There's a maggot or an ant carrying a rice grain by the garbage!" & ran outta there b4 I started hyperventilating. GROSS!
