was solidly, unassailably just- then, the full term. If there is any doubt on that score, there are also grounds (not legal, but ethical) to debate a new answer, based on the offense, the perceived justice or injustice of the sentence, the current social climate and the prisoner's behavior after incarceration.
This guy here was convicted and sentenced to life- at the age of 13.
