I know that most people might think this is a good thing...in this day and age. What American citizens fail to realize is the scope of which some of these "rulings" can entail.
While I can see some of the reasoning behind some of the policies this man has implemented...they are like half thoughts. Like all the other "sheep", no-one stops to think about what this REALLY means. Obviously, this topic was meant to get everyone thinking, but how can anyone think about things they choose to ignore? Personally, I am tired of lazy or self-serving interpretations of the laws that govern this country. Apparently, they don't even need evidence to arrest you. They can hold you as long as they want...maybe i should keep my mouth shut.

I think two primary reason policies like this are being passed without much opposition from the people are.
1. Complacency and comfort.
2. The pace and increasing demands of life in our society.
It will be apparent, that the lines the current government are drawing have gone to far; only when it happens to "you".
Also.. I THINK that people have lost so much faith/trust in the system (rightly so) that they don't know what to do or even who to appeal to about things like this.
